Magritte's painting of 'The False Mirror' is seen to be the type of work where surrealists put together bizarre combinations of objects (eyes and the sky and clouds) which is considered to be the products of their unconscious mind as they might also want to touch the unconscious minds of the viewers looking at this piece of art and even try to make them feel uneasy.

I would link this to my work with the use of the eye concept, shading in certain parts, making either look as real as I could possibly make it or the complete opposite in a different style. I could use automatic writing to put inside the eye/iris with simple black and white or a range of colours
